Let me give you a proper break down on this. It comes in 2 boxes all the cushions are vacuumed sealed and placed in the frames of the unit. So cut the plastic that is sealing them and pull them all out of the plastic and set them to the side. Grab the directions that are in with the floor pegs and put it together.
* Tip 1 don’t put the back rest in backwards, it looks logical to do it that way at first.
When you have it firmly assembled place the couch, and arrange the cushions, it’s really not rocket science. The whole process everything was opened up and arrange was about 10 to 15 minute assembly time.
*Tip 2 benefit from my experience. I had owner a few memory foam mattresses that come vacuum sealed and they take some time to fully expand, these cushions are the same, so don’t go by the initial appearance. It could be up to 6 or 8 hours for them to completely expand. This is why I said right out of the box.
There is a bit of an odor but that is normal and it will go away. I’ve seen a few reviews saying it small and low, and I may replace the legs which are the standard screw in pegs and that would give it more height, but I may not. I’ll give it a week or so first.
All and all I like it, the price is right, the assembly is not dramatic. The dark gray has a bit of a blue tone to it, but that doesn’t bother me. So yes I like it, and that should be good enough for you.
